Quilt Preparation
Preparing your quilt for longarm quilting is an important part of the process! A well-prepared quilt will load and quilt easily and without issues, and will therefore get back to you quickly and without any hiccups.

Tops and backings should be squared and pressed, with stray threads removed or trimmed. Backing should be at least 4" larger than the top on all 4 sides (so a 60x70 top should have a 68x78 backing).
Rates
Edge to Edge
Edge to Edge quilting services are priced at $0.025 per square inch unless otherwise noted. To determine the price of your piece, multiply the quilts length and width to find the area, then multiply by .025 to find the price. For example, a 60x80in quilt would be 60 x 80 = 4800 x .025 = $120.
Batting
I can supply high quality batting for your quilts, or you are welcome to provide your own. I carry Quilter's Dream 100% Cotton Select and 80/20. I will use only what is needed for your quilt (smallest side + a 6" margin) and charge per inch. My bolts are 90" wide. If you would like to use a different substrate or need a width larger than 90", I am happy to special order.
